Yolanda DiPino, 90, of Camillus, passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at University Hospital at Community General with her family by her side. Born in Veroli, Italy on Monday, November 29, 1920, she was the daughter of Larino Fiorini and Restituta Magnante. She lived in Syracuse since 1930 and moved to Camillus in 1962. Yolanda was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church. An avid gardener, especially with flowers, she also enjoyed crocheting and loved spending time with her family. Yolanda was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Anthony J. “Tony” DiPino on February 10, 1999; and brothers, Armando and Antonio Fiorini. Surviving are her daughters, Angeline (Joseph) Barnes of Liverpool and Antoinette Barletta of Syracuse; sons, Peter (Kathleen) of Parish, Anthony Jr. and Frank, both of Camillus; sister, Amalia Grosso of Jamesville; daughter-in-law, Diane DiPino of Camillus; grandchildren, Michael Barnes, of Cicero, Joseph Barnes of No. Syracuse, Christine Latham of Liverpool, Lisa Gozelski of Camillus, Anthony DiPino of Chittenango, Matthew and John Barletta, both of Syracuse, Christopher DiPino of Los Angeles, California, and Dalton DiPino of Camillus; and great-grandchildren, Nicole, Michael and Corey Barnes, Anthony DiPino, and Morgan Paige Latham. Relatives and friends may call Friday, July 22 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will be Saturday, July 23 at 8:30 a.m. at the funeral home and at 9 a.m. in St. Joseph’s Church where a funeral Mass will be celebrated.
