Worth E. Mickle, 84, of Camillus, passed away Sunday, April 9, 2017 at University Hospital. Born in Jamaica, NY, he lived in South Hauppauge, Long Island and Binghamton before moving to the Syracuse area in 1982. Worth was employed with US Steel Corp. for nine years, Bankers Trust for 16 years and Key Bank for 14 years before retiring in 1994. He was a communicant of Holy Family Church. Worth was active in Boy Scouts and helped and watched his three sons and three grandsons achieve Eagle Scout.
Worth was predeceased by his wife, Ellen, in 2016.
Surviving are his children, Charles (Julie) of Camillus, Paul (Sandra) of Weedsport, Matthew (Stacey) of Schenectady and Susan (Randolph) Conrad of Camillus; and nine grandchildren.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, April 12 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
Services will follow at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
