Wilford "Bill" Clifford Doner Jr.

Wilford "Bill" Clifford Doner Jr., 73, formerly of Jordan, passed away Tuesday, September 20, 2016 in Wendell, NC. Bill was born January 17, 1943 in Watertown to the late Wilford Clifford Doner Sr. and Lepha Jackson Doner. He honorably served his country in the US Army and was a faithful member of Faith Baptist Church in North Carolina.

Surviving are his wife, Leona M. Doner; children, Wilford Clifford Doner III of Florida, Ruth O'Neil (Randy) of Lynchburg, VA, Martha Lobo of Clayton, NC, Sarah Doner of Wendell, NC, Paul Jeremenko Jr. of Charlotte, NC, Tania Wells (Alex) of Wendell, NC and Christina Foutch (Jeff) of Garner, NC; sister, Hallie Tenney of Altmar; 13 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, September 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

There will be no services. Bill will be laid to rest in Maple Grove Cemetery, Jordan.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Shepherd's Care Medical Clinic, 304 Pony Rd., Zebulon, NC 27597.
