Victoria Okoniewski Vodek, 98, of Camillus, died Monday, December 3, 2007 at Loretto. Born in Oswego on Saturday. May 8, 1909, she was the daughter of Stanley Okoniewski and Salomea Stobnicki Okoniewski. She was a lifetime resident of the Camillus area. Victoria, and her late husband, John, ran the Barn Store in Warners. She was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church. Victoria was predeceased by her husband, John, in 1980, and nine siblings. Surviving are her daughters and son-in-law, Helen and William Crossett of Westvale and Joan Vodek of Camillus; grandsons and spouses, William and Susan Crossett of Fayetteville, Kevin and Carol Crossett of Eastwood, Shawn and Nancy Crossett of Baldwinsville, Darren and Diane Crossett of Fulton and Peter and Gwen Crossett of DeWitt; sister-in-law, Patricia Okoniewski of Moseley, Virginia; 13 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday, December 6, 2007 at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus and at 10:30 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church where a funeral Mass will be celebrated. Friends may call Wednesday, December 5, 2007 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will follow at 1:30 p.m. in St. Peter's Catholic Cemetery, Oswego.
