Vicki Glamcevski, 59, of Camillus, passed away Monday, November 19, 2018 at home, surrounded by her family. Born in Owosso, MI, she moved to the Syracuse area in 1982. A graduate of Lansing Community College, Vicki was employed for over 35 years as an orthodontic assistant, working with Drs. Faust, Drake, Caryl and Catania. She loved dancing, music and spending time with family and friends. Vicki left a lasting impression on those who knew her and was always able to light up a room with her ability to make people smile.
Vicki was predeceased by her father, Anthony Shapas.
Surviving are her husband of 36 years, Scott; son, Steven (Lisl) Glamcevski; daughter, Jessica (Adam) Cretaro; mother, Olympia (Guftevska) Shapas; brother, George (Vanassa) Shapas; grandchildren, Leah Glamcevski and Vincent Cretaro; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, November 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. at St. George Macedonian Orthodox Church, 5083 Onondaga Rd., Syracuse. Trisagion service will be at 6 p.m.
Services will be Saturday, November 24 at 9:15 a.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus and at 10 a.m. in the church. Vicki will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery, Syracuse.
