Timothy J. Kallfelz

Timothy J. Kallfelz, 58, of Baldwinsville, passed away at home on Monday. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a proud graduate of Bishop Ludden High School and went on to earn his bachelor’s degree from Cazenovia College and his master’s degree from Le Moyne College. For the past five years, Tim dedicated himself to caring for others as a home health aide with Committed Home Care in Syracuse.

A devoted Buffalo Bills fan, Tim could always be found cheering on his team during football season. He also had a deep love for music, particularly the timeless sounds of The Rolling Stones and Jimmy Buffett. Whether it was enjoying a game or listening to his favorite tunes, his passion for life was infectious.

Above all, Tim cherished time with his family. He was a proud and loving father who found his greatest joy in moments spent with his daughters, creating memories they will hold close forever.

Tim’s warmth, kindness, and humor will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Tim was predeceased by his parents, A. Joseph and Sheila; brother, Kevin; and stepmother, Anita.

Surviving are his daughters, Kara and Allison, both of Syracuse; sisters, Meghan (Scott) Channels of Camillus and Kristen (Frank) Monfalcone of Rochester; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and a nephew.

To celebrate Tim’s life, relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday, January 30, 2025, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. 

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, January 31, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse.

Tim will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
