Thomas R. Benjamin

Thomas R. Benjamin, 60, of Syracuse, passed away Friday, March 4, 2016 at James Square Health & Rehabilitation Centre.  Born in Kingston, NY, he lived in Syracuse since 1961 and was employed by One Source Financial for 33 years before retiring in 2005. Thomas was an avid Yankees and Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Surviving are his wife of eight years, the former Diane Laurie Miller; sons, Thomas and John Benjamin, both of Liverpool; brothers, David (Pam) and Gregory (Gina), both of GA, and Dewitt (Kathy) of Syracuse; stepchildren, James and Jody; grandson, Drake; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be private.  Thomas will be laid to rest in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery, Shandaken, NY. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of CNY, 990 Seventh North St., Liverpool, NY 13088.
