Thomas "TR" Robinson

Thomas “TR” Robinson, 65, of Syracuse, passed away Monday, March 19, 2018 at Upstate University Hospital at Community Campus surrounded by his loving family. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School.

Tom retired in 2007 after 38 years with the Town of Geddes Highway Dept. He was a communicant of the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. An avid golfer, Tom was a former member of the Camillus Country Club and Westvale Golf Course. He was also a member of the Tyrol Club of Solvay. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Tom was predeceased by his parents, Thomas and Jane.

Surviving are his sister, Patricia (Paul) Kerwin of Camillus; brother, James (Kim) of Syracuse; nephews, Brian and Michael Kerwin, and Kyle Robinson; and niece, Ashley Robinson.

Relatives and friends may call Friday, March 23 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, March 24 at 9 a.m. in the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. Tom will be laid to rest in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Camillus.
