Thomas A. Petro

Thomas A. Petro, 93, passed away on Friday. Thomas and Mary Catherine Nicklas were married on November 1, 1952. Thomas was an Army veteran and an elementary school teacher at Marcellus Central School District.

Thomas was predeceased by his wife, Mary, in March 2020.

Surviving are his children, Linda Rice, Ellen Pulver, Kathryn Harper, and Anthony Petro; and granddaughter, Claire Harper.

In honor of his wishes, there will be no services. A private burial will be held in the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Syracuse.
