Thomas J. Bieber, 46, beloved husband, father, and son, of Warners, passed away Sunday, September 16, 2012 at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center after a year-long battle with leukemia. Born in Blue Island, Illinois on Wednesday, January 12, 1966, he lived in Cedar Lake, Indiana before moving to Syracuse in 1993. He was a graduate of Hanover High School and Indiana University. Tom was employed six years with The Great Outdoors and previously with Enterprise Rental Cars. He was a communicant of Holy Family Church. An avid golfer, hunter and fisherman, Tom was a member of the NRA and Camillus Rod & Gun Club. He loved spending time with his family, especially watching his daughters play soccer, he was their biggest fan. He also enjoyed cooking, camping, and was a loyal Notre Dame fan. Surviving are his wife of 14 years, the former Pamela Donovan; and daughters, Hannah and Sarah, all of Warners; father, Joseph (Tonya) Bieber of Milledgeville, Georgia; mother, Phyllis Griffin of Monticello, Indiana; brother, Michael (Susan) Bieber of Cedar Lake, Indiana; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Juanita and Denis Donovan of Auburn; sister-in-law, Carrie Lynn (Doug Kramer) Donovan of Port Byron; brother-in-law, Denis (Stephanie) Donovan of Virginia; several nieces and nephews; and his loving beagle, Beauty, aka, “Pretty”. Relatives and friends may call Thursday, September 20 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, September 21 at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Family Church. Burial will be private.
