Thomas B. Carnegie, 60, formerly of Syracuse, passed away Saturday, February 20, 2016 in Mesa, AZ after a brief illness. He grew up in Syracuse before moving to Arizona in the 70s. Tom worked as a general foreman and project coordinator for various electrical companies in Phoenix, AZ for 30 years. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed wildlife, camping, motorcycles and fishing with his wife. Surviving are his wife, Melonie; son, Jacob of Mesa, AZ; mother, Elizabeth Roach and father, James J. Carnegie, both of Syracuse; brother, James R. (Doreen) Carnegie of Camillus; nieces, Jennifer and Christine Carnegie, both of Syracuse; several family members outside the Syracuse area; and a wonderful community of friends in Mesa, AZ.
