Theresa Kunai Dobrowolski, 83, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday at home. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was a graduate of Cathedral High School. Theresa was employed by General Motors for more than five years. An active member of the Camillus Seniors, she was also an avid bridge player. Theresa loved singing at family events. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church and member of the choir. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Theresa was predeceased by Donald E. Dobrowolski, her husband of 52 years, in 2007. Surviving are her daughter, Dianne (Christopher) Harris of Liverpool; sons, David (Dorothy) of Baldwinsville and Steven (Susen) of Cicero; brother, Martin Kunai of California; daughter-in-law, Barbara Raum of Liverpool; grandchildren, Jessica Amidon of Liverpool, Christa Harris of Providence, RI, Joshua Harris of Liverpool, Brian Dobrowolski of Baldwinsville, David Dobrowolski of Baldwinsville, Mark Dobrowolski of Oswego, Tricia Miller of Liverpool and Danica Schaeffer of Bridgeport; great-granddaughters, Oriana, Alexandria and Coraline Schaeffer of Bridgeport; and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Saturday, February 15 from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. A funeral Mass will follow at noon in Holy Family Church, Fairmount. Theresa will be laid to rest in Trinity Mausoleum Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
