Sheila Ann Connors
December 29, 1961 — September 18, 2017
Sheila Ann Connors, 55, of Camillus, passed away Monday, September 18, 2017. She was predeceased by her parents, Dayton and Julianne Connors; and brother, Mark.
A lifelong resident of Camillus, Sheila graduated from West Genesee High School and attended SUNY Plattsburgh and Syracuse University. She was most recently employed by Aetna Medicare as a field sales representative. She also was a member of the Caring Community Advocates Program, and volunteered with the Old Newsboy's Toys for Tots Program and the Rescue Mission.
Sheila loved her family, her two golden retrievers, Molly and Maddie, and enjoyed traveling.
Surviving are her brother, Jeffrey (Lynn) Connors; sister, Cathleen (Christopher) Sturtz; nephews, Taylor Sturtz and Sean Connors; and her niece, Meghan Connors.
At Sheila's request, there will be no calling hours.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, September 22 at 10 a.m. in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Samaritan Center, 215 N. State St., Syracuse, NY 13203 or to the Rescue Mission, P.O. Box 11122, Syracuse, NY 13218.
