Ruth L. Larkin

Ruth L. Larkin, 87, of Camillus, passed away Tuesday, February 18, 2014 at University Hospital. A lifetime resident of Camillus, she was a stay-at-home mom, later working part-time at The Addis Co. where she enjoyed her time with co-workers and meeting and greeting customers. Ruth was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church and an avid reader. She enjoyed spending time with her family and grandchildren. Ruth was predeceased by her brother, Jack Feyerabend. Surviving are her husband of 66 years, John F. Larkin; children, Christine (Dennis) Ward of Cleveland, OH, Jack (Terry) Larkin of Marcellus, Bill (Trina) Larkin of Boston, MA, Mary (Tom) Donahue of Camillus, James (Tamara) Larkin of Redondo Beach, CA and Eileen (Rick) Word of Baltimore, MD; 10 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; brother, Bill (JoAn) Feyerabend of Syracuse; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Friday, February 21 in St. Joseph's Church. Ruth will be laid to rest in the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
