Rosalie “Lee” V. Boulware, 87, of Camillus, passed away Thursday, August 29, 2019 at Francis House. She was a lifetime resident of Syracuse and attended Central High School. Rosalie was employed with Sears for over 20 years before retiring in 1994. Rosalie was a communicant of Holy Family Church and former communicant of St. Joseph’s Church and Sacred Heart Church. Devoted to her faith and church, she was actively involved in St. Joseph’s Altar Rosary Society and organized the Perpetual Adoration Program, among other faith based and community service programs. Rosalie's greatest joy in life was spending time with family and friends. Her home was the place where all were welcomed and she formed a unique bond with everyone she knew.
The family would like to extend their deepest thanks to Francis House and Hospice for their unending care, compassion and friendship given to Rosalie.
Rosalie was predeceased by her husband, Robert; parents, Joseph and Natalie (Mierzejewski) Malinowksi; brother, John Malinowski; and granddaughter, Veronica Boulware.
Surviving are her daughters, Catherine (Mark) Seigal, Melanie Salisbury and Leanne Morphet; son, Robert (Annette) Boulware; grandchildren, Melissa Pandori, Jacqueline Pritchard, Robert Boulware Jr., Renee Boulware Archibald, Megan Salisbury, Benjamin Seigal, Natalie Seigal, Sophia Morphet and Zachary Morphet; and great-grandchildren, Vivienne Pritchard, Juliet Pritchard, Madeline Pandori and Judah Pandori.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, September 6 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, September 7 at 9 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse. Rosalie will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum, DeWitt.
