Robert T. “Bob” Thibodeau, 55, of Elbridge, passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, May 20, 2012. He was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on Saturday, March 30, 1957, but lived in the Syracuse area most of his life. Bob was a graduate of Bishop Ludden High School. He was employed by Town & Country Linoleum & Carpet Co. Inc. from 1976-1999 and by Anheuser-Busch from 1995-2010. He was a member of Teamsters Local Union 1149. A devoted son, father and companion, he enjoyed telling stories and making others laugh. He also enjoyed camping, fishing, golf and NASCAR while spending the last year completing his "bucket list." Bob was predeceased by his Father, Robert G. Thibodeau. Surviving are his beloved partner and friend of 14 years, Michelle Winters; mother, Kathleen Thibodeau; son, Rocco Thibodeau; and stepchildren, Kira and Michael Caputo. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, May 23 from 2 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, May 24 at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest at Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners. Bob will be sorely missed by all.
