Robert "Bob" R. Preske

Robert "Bob" R. Preske, 64, of Fairmount, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he graduated from West Genesee High School and OCC. Robert was employed with Camillus Cutlery for many years. He was a member of ARCS in Marcellus, Camillus Indoor Activities, and Elbridge Rod and Gun Club. An avid outdoorsman, Robert enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and photography. He also enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, but Robert's true passion was RC building and flying.

Robert was predeceased by his parents, Raymond and Mary Lou Preske.

Surviving are his fiancé, Karen O'Hare of Fairmount; sisters, Pamela (Doug) Kay of Baldwinsville and Nancy (Daniel) Newell of Fairmount; several nieces and nephews; and beloved dog, Aspen.

Relatives and friends may call Monday, October 9 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

Services will be Tuesday, October 10 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home. Robert will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
