Rita Elaine LaBadie

Rita Elaine LaBadie, 92, of Syracuse, passed away Monday at Crouse Hospital. Born and raised in Bristol, CT, she moved to the Syracuse area during her adult life. Rita was employed by AT&T Corp. for over 33 years and was a member of AT&T’s Pioneers. She was also a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. Rita enjoyed going to Coleman's Authentic Irish Pub to listen to Irish bands. She was grateful for her caregivers, Kathleen, Rebecca, and Lori; and friend, Patty.

Rita was predeceased by her husband, Edward; and parents, Samuel and Ellen Strupp.

A graveside service will be held at a later date in Immaculate Conception Cemetery, Fayetteville, where Rita will be laid to rest.
