Richard "Rick" Adsitt

Richard “Rick” Adsitt, 71, of Camillus, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a graduate of Central Tech High School. Rick served in the US Navy from 1966 to 1969. He was employed as an alarm technician with the Syracuse City School District for over 30 years and was a well-known cook at Bosco's at the NYS Fair. He was an avid golfer and bowler and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Surviving are his wife of 31 years, the former Pamela Blaufuss; brother, James (Linda) Adsitt of Liverpool; nephew, Michael (Nicole) Adsitt; great-nieces, Hannah and Lily; and many cousins.

Relatives and friends may call Sunday, January 27 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

Services will be private in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery with military honors.
