Richard C. Dishaw, 60, of Camillus, died Monday, August 28, 2006 at Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester. Born in Syracuse on Wednesday, July 10, 1946, he was the son of Gerald Dishaw and Florence Granish. A lifetime resident of the Camillus-Marcellus area, Rick was a graduate of West Genesee High School. He was owner and operator of R. Dishaw Contracting and held a real estate license. Rick enjoyed bowling years ago and was an avid fisherman. He was known as Stick at Korkys Billiards. Rick was affiliated with Howlett Hill United Presbyterian Church. Surviving are his wife of 33 years, the former Brenda Carlton; daughter and son-in-law, Tina and Dave Roberts of Florida and granddaughters, Nicole, Stephanie, Kristen and Tianna. A Memorial Service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, September 1, 2006 at Howlett Hill United Presbyterian Church with Rev. Scott Cupp officiating. Friends may call Thursday, August 31, 2006 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Burial will be private.
