Ralph A. Ray

Ralph A. Ray, 72, of Baldwinsville, passed away Monday, June 15, 2015 at VA Medical Center following a brief illness. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a 1962 graduate of West Genesee High School. Ralph was a Navy veteran.  He retired after 10 years with Mead Containers, Inc. and was an avid golfer. Ralph was predeceased by his parents, Phil and Rita. Surviving are his brother, Michael (Judy) Ray of Camillus; and several nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Friday, June 19 from 9 to 10 a.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will follow at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Ralph will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to one's favorite charity.
