Penny Harrington

Penny Harrington, 60, of LaFayette, passed away Saturday, August 27, 2016
at Crouse Hospital. Born in Lynn, MA, she was a lifetime resident of the Syracuse area and a graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius High School and Ohio Northern University.

Penny was a pharmacist with Wegmans for over 30 years and Tops Market for five years.

Penny’s greatest gift was her helping, unselfish spirit for family, friends and others.

Penny was predeceased by her parents, Steve and Penny Walker; and stepmother, Barb Kaiser Walker.

Surviving are her husband of 28 years, Thomas; sons, Gregory Harrington of Manchester, NH and Scott (Krysta) Harrington of Fairport; twin sister, Jill (Jim) Symmonds of Punta Gorda, FL and sister, Trish (Jim) Stokes of Morrisville; many nieces and nephews and the extended Kaiser Family.

Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, August 31 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

Services to follow at 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
