Paul J. Heisey, 65, of Camillus, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at home. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a loving husband, father, poppy, brother, uncle and friend.
Paul was a Corvette enthusiast, an avid golfer and bowler, with two perfect games. He graduated from Henninger High School and retired in 2015 after 28 years with Chemtrade Solutions. Paul previously worked for Allied Chemical and was a member and treasurer of United Steelworkers Local Union 12623.
Paul was predeceased by his parents, Harry and June.
Surviving are his wife of 46 years, Denise; daughter, Kara (Ryan) Lombardi of Ithaca; son, Paul Jr. (Yvonne) of Simpsonville, SC; sisters, Sharon (Carol) Heisey and Darla (Bill) Ward; brothers, Chester, Thomas and Robert (Leslee); grandchildren, Anna and Emily Lombardi and Reagan Heisey; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, December 21 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
Funeral services will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home.
The family is grateful for the care Paul received from Upstate University Hospital and Hospice.
