Patricia "Pat" L. (Russo) Reney

Patricia "Pat" L. (Russo) Reney, 70, of Camillus, passed away peacefully Sunday, April 23, 2017 at Francis House. She was born in Syracuse, on September 17, 1946 to the late Danny and Wilma Russo. A 1964 graduate of Onondaga Valley High School, Pat was employed with Walgreens, Dept. of Civil Defense, Dept. of Urban Renewal, Quartier Printing and Lord & Taylor. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church and served as Eucharistic minister.

Pat loved attending concerts at the NY State Fair and also enjoyed cooking, spending time at the casinos, vacationing in Myrtle Beach and dancing with her husband, especially the Jitterbug. Pat was an avid exerciser for most of her life. She earned several belts in Nia and loved instructing classes and socializing with her Nia family. Always putting others before herself, Pat was very caring and compassionate.

Surviving are her loving husband of 50 years, Richard "Dick"; their cats "The Kids", Shelby and Dusty; sister, Cindy (Mike) Coyne; a niece; nephews; her extended family on Shady Lane and many friends.

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, April 27 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, April 28 at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church. Pat will be laid to rest in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
