Patricia M. Ragan

Patricia M. Ragan, 88, of Camillus, passed away Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Crouse Hospital. Born in Pittsburgh, PA, she lived in Camillus for over 50 years and was a graduate of Valley High School and attended Syracuse University. Patricia worked at Professional Counseling Services in Camillus and was a communicant of St. Joseph's Church. She enjoyed the opera, traveling and taking cruises but above all, loved spending time with her friends and family, especially her grandchildren. Patricia was predeceased by her husband, Robert, in 1994; son, Robert Jr., in 2005; sister, Dorothy Mowins; and brother, James Connelly. Surviving are her daughter, Teresa (Joseph) Monti of Camillus; sons, Michael (Darlene) Ragan of Denver, CO and John (Jennifer) Ragan of Camillus; brother, Paul (Diane) Connelly of Syracuse; grandchildren, Marisa and Christy Monti, Tom and Kara Ragan, and Michael and Robert Ragan; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Relatives and friends may call Friday, July 8 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Saturday, July 9 at 10 a.m. in St. Joseph's Church. Patricia will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
