Pat Goyer

Pat Goyer, 71, of Syracuse, passed away Saturday, September 22, 2018 at home surrounded by her family. Born in Yonkers, she moved to the Syracuse area in 1968.

Pat earned her bachelor's degree from Nazareth College and taught with the Syracuse City School District for eight years. She enjoyed horseback riding, traveling and was the NYS Cowboy Shooting Champion of her age group for two years. Pat was active in St. Lucy's Agape Shop and a Eucharistic minister at St. Joseph's Church.

Surviving are her husband of 46 years, Ronald; daughters, Elizabeth King and Emily Vidas; sister, MaryBeth Henneberry; and grandchildren, Evelyn and Dylan Vidas.

Relatives and friends may call Monday, October 1 from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.

Services will follow at 6 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be private.
