Olga Burko, 78, of Syracuse, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, August 8, 2022 at Crouse Hospital. Born in Ukraine, she moved to the Syracuse area on April 15, 1992. Olga was employed by Arcom Labs as an assembler and then worked at PPC Broadband, Inc. She was a member of the First Ukrainian Pentecostal Church.
Olga was predeceased by her parents, Michael and Mariya Bosak.
Surviving are her husband of 58 years, Yaroslav; children, Lesia (Vasiliy) Pshenichniy, Olga (Peter) Lats, Roman (Victoria) Burko, Nataliya (Peter) Olesh, and Andrey (Olga) Burko; siblings, Vasiliy (Olga) Bosak, Mariya (Orest) Sorochak, and Mikhail (Anna) Bosak; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
First service will be celebrated Sunday, August 14 at 6 p.m. at the First Ukrainian Pentecostal Church. Second service will be Monday, August 15 at 10 a.m. at the church. Olga will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the First Ukrainian Pentecostal Church, 3875 Warners Rd., Syracuse, NY 13209.
