Our beloved Norma J. Dauenhauer, 86, of Elbridge, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2020. She was born on July 16, 1934 to the late Willard and Dorothy Forward in Camillus. She was one of four children. Norma met her husband, Albert, in school and raised four kids together. Her family ran a farm which became part of the Camillus Country Club, where her husband was a groundskeeper and she worked in the kitchen. Norma was also a dental hygienist, former co-owner of Camillus Country Club and a server in the Jordan Elbridge School District. She was a member of Elbridge Community Church and Camillus Elks Ladies Auxiliary, where she also volunteered. Norma was well-known for her Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy dolls. She loved cooking, canning, sewing, knitting and helping others. Above all, she loved spending time with family.
Norma was predeceased by her parents; husband, Albert; and sisters, Carolyn (Jack) Bench and Dorothy Pisconski.
Surviving are her daughters, Debbie Radford, Kathy (Frank) Leslie and Diane (Paul) Schoeneck; son, Jim (Jean) Dauenhauer; brother, Bill Forward; sister-in-law, Margie (Mel) Watkins; brother-in-law, Charles Pisconski; 18 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be private. Norma will be laid to rest in St. Francis Xavier Cemetery, Marcellus.
