Noreen Wiltse Belfie, 87, of Camillus, passed away Sunday, March 19, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. She was born in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, and lived in Camillus since 1957.
Noreen was self-employed as a seamstress, retiring in 1989. She was a member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church.
Noreen volunteered to usher at the Lee Mulroy Civic Center. She was also a member of the Talent Company Theater 90, Onondaga Hill Quilters Assoc., Onondaga Hill Line Dancers and the Pine Grove Health Club where she loved to do aerobics.
Surviving are her husband of 62 years, William "Bob" Belfie; daughter, Shirley (Peter) Hudson of Camillus; son, David (Barb) Belfie of Seattle, WA; sister, Margaret Cochrane Burns of New Bern, NC; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call Friday, March 24 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
Services will be Saturday, March 25 at 10 a.m. in St. Luke's Episcopal Church. Burial will be private in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
