Nikolay Gerasimovich

Nikolay Gerasimovich, 83, of Solvay, passed away Wednesday, May 12, 2021. Born in Ukraine, he moved to Syracuse in 1989. Nikolay was employed with Stickley Furniture for 19 years before retiring in 2008. He was a member of Slavic Full Gospel Church. He loved the outdoors, taking walks and spending time with family.

Nikolay was predeceased by his daughter, Elena Levkov; and son, Gennady.

Surviving are his wife, Nina; children, Leonid (Raisa), Vitaly (Olga), Alexander (Jamie) and Vera (Oleg) Soyko; grandchildren, Victoria, Christina, Angelina, Suzana, Elisha, Esther, Yana, Sophia, Dana, Lucas, Emily, Nicholas, Isabella, Anna, Olivia, and Jonathan; four great-grandchildren; sister, Maria Ososkalo; and several nieces and nephews.

First Service will be Friday, May 14 at 6 p.m. in Slavic Full Gospel Church, 3528 East Genesee St., Syracuse.

Second Service will be private for family. Nikolay will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
