Nadine E. Anagnost, 86, of Syracuse, passed away Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Francis House. Born in Geneva, she grew up in Auburn. Nadine was a graduate of Albany State Teachers College and Syracuse University. She taught science and math at Fulton High School and served 32 years with Evangelical Baptist Mission in Niger, Africa, retiring in 1995 when she moved to Camillus. In retirement, she spent many hours volunteering at the Erie Canal Park. She was a devoted member of Imperfect Church.
Nadine was predeceased by her brother, John and his wife, Anne.
Surviving are her nieces, Susan Moore and Constance Anagnost; nephew, Stephen Anagnost; and several great-nieces, great-nephews and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call Monday, December 17 from 5 to 6 p.m. at Imperfect Church. Services will follow at 6 p.m. Nadine will be laid to rest in Resthaven Cemetery, Phelps.
