Martin Joseph Tirinato

Martin Tirinato, 75, of Camillus, passed away peacefully on Thursday at Upstate University Hospital. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a 1967 graduate of West Genesee High School. Martin graduated from Auburn Community College and Le Moyne College with business degrees. He was employed by Blue Cross Blue Shield for over 30 years until his retirement. 

Martin had a passion for Syracuse University sports, holding season tickets for football games. He was an avid runner and enjoyed working out at Pine Grove.

Martin was predeceased by his parents, Eugene Tirinato and Mary Emmi. 

Surviving are his wife of 39 years, Ginny; step-daughter, Kelly Canfield of California; step-son, Jason Harrington of Camillus; brother, Paul (Kathy) of Clay; niece, Jaimie Tirinato; nephew, Paul Tirinato Jr.; and several cousins. 

Per Martin’s wishes, there will be no services.
