Marshall "Lou" Sidle

Marshall “Lou” Sidle, 77, of Baldwinsville, passed away Tuesday, November 19, 2019. Born in Patterson, NJ, he lived in Ithaca for most of his life. Lou moved to Myrtle Beach in 2007 during retirement and came back to the Syracuse area in 2019. A graduate of Ithaca High School, he attended Ithaca College and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Lou was employed with Royal Motor Group for 15 years before retiring in 2007 and previously worked at Zikakis Chevrolet and Cutting Motor Group. An avid sports fan, he enjoyed golfing, SU and the Cleveland Browns. He was a former member of the NYS Draft Horse Club. Lou was an excellent cook and loved spending time with his family.

Lou was predeceased by his granddaughter, Sophie Kawejsza; and sister, Joanne Snyder.

Surviving are his daughter, Jenee (Rob) Kawejsza of Warners; son, Tony Sidle of Ithaca; sister, Andrea Hodges of Conway, SC; granddaughters, Samantha and Cecily Kawejsza and Auriana Sidle; and grandsons, Tanis and Tony Franchi.

A celebration of Lou’s life will be held at a later date.
