Marjorie “Mickey” R. Follett, 92, of Camillus, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 at Crouse Hospital. Born and raised in Ithaca, she moved to Camillus in 1979. Mickey earned her bachelor’s degree from SU and was employed with the NY Telephone Co. for 30 years before retiring in the early 90s. She enjoyed investing in stocks, collecting crazy socks and shoes, Christmas shopping and dancing. Above all, she loved spending time with family.
Mickey was predeceased by her parents, Laurence and Dorothy Rose.
Surviving are her daughter, Pam (Jim Albanese) Follett of Canandaigua; sons, Ken (Kathryn) of Lagrangeville and Jim (Lori) of Missouri City, TX; brother, Duane (Janet) Rose of Ormond Beach, FL; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Mickey will be laid to rest in Willow Glen Cemetery, Dryden.
