Margaret "Maggy" M. Nash Bowen

Margaret Maggy M. Nash Bowen, 43, of Camillus, died Monday, December 10, 2007, unexpectedly, at home. A lifetime resident of the Camillus area, she was born in Syracuse on Thursday, May 7, 1964. She was a 1981 graduate of West Genesee High School. Maggy was employed seven years with Surgical Associates. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church. A former member of the West Genesee Athletic Club, she also volunteered with various community organizations. Maggy's father, Richard J. Nash, died October 4, 1994. Surviving are her husband of seven years, David Bowen; son, Mathew Nash of Camillus; daughter, Elizabeth Bowen of Camillus; sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Steve Parker of Ballston Spa; brother and sister-in-law, R. Joseph and Kathleen Nash of Marcellus; mother, Nora Young Nash of Marcellus; granddaughter, Charla Nash of Solvay; and many loving nieces and nephews. Services will be at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, December 13, 2007 at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus and at 10 a.m. in Holy Family Church where a funeral Mass will be celebrated. Friends may call Wednesday, December 12, 2007 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
