Lucille D. Gaynor, 92, of Camillus, passed away Thursday at the Teresian House in Albany. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she was a graduate of St. Vincent de Paul High School. Employed by Niagara Mohawk Power Corp. for over 30 years, Lucille was also a member of the 25-Year Club and their golf club. She was a communicant of Holy Family Church, belonged to the Beta Sigma Phi sorority, and was an avid golfer. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Lucille was predeceased by her husband, William, in 1987.
Surviving are her daughter, Amy (David) Feiden of Latham; son, Bill of Liverpool; granddaughters, Jessica, Courtney (Jordan), Rachel, Maggie, and Claire; great-grandchildren, Quinn, Brooks, and Rylee; sister, Mary Jane Smith of Syracuse; and several nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, August 16 from 10 to 11 a.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
A funeral Mass will follow at 11:30 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse.
Lucille will be laid to rest in St. Mary's Cemetery, DeWitt.
