Leo T. Cosgrove, 84, of Fairmount, passed away Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center. Born in Old Forge, PA, he lived in Baltimore, MD before moving to Syracuse and was a graduate of Central High School. Leo was an Air Force veteran of the Korean War. He retired in 1986 from AT&T after 30 years. He enjoyed golfing with his friends and spending time with his family. Leo was predeceased by his wife of 55 years, the former Mary Kilpatrick, in 2012; and parents, Leo F. and Lillian Cosgrove. Surviving are his daughters, Eileen Coogan and Casey (Randy) Tuthill; sons, Leo V. (Helen), and John (Carol), all of Camillus; sister, Lillian (Richard) Murray of Camillus; grandchildren, Jeff (Megan) Cosgrove, Matt (Kristin) Cosgrove, Keara Cosgrove, Conor and Hayley Cosgrove, Cassidy and Evan Tuthill; great-grandson, Ryland Cosgrove; and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, March 24 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. Services will be Wednesday, March 25 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home. Leo will be laid to rest in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Heart Assn., P.O.
