Laura E. Conway

Laura E. Conway, 94, of Warners, died Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at Van Duyn Home & Hospital. Born on Friday, September 6, 1912, she was the daughter of Harry Spillett and Henrietta Smith. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she graduated from Solvay High School. Laura was employed by AH Ponds, retiring in 1977, and was formerly employed by Hoffman Packaging. She was a former member of the Baldwinsville Senior Citizens of Canton Woods. Laura's husband, Glen, Bucky , died in 1975. Surviving are her daughter, Patricia Endres of Warners; sons, Richard S. Conway of Syracuse and Michael Conway of Taunton; grandchildren, Kathleen Phoenix of Solvay, Gary Endres of Schenectady, Timothy Endres of Tennessee, Keith Endres of Mattydale, Jennifer Godlewski of Westvale, Richie Conway of Syracuse, David Conway of Chicago and Lisa Ernst of Washington and great-grandchildren, Danielle and Nicholas Endres, both of Mattydale and Olivia Ernst of Washington. Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, December 3, 2006 at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus with Rev. David Bergner officiating. Friends may call preceding the funeral from 1 to 3 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at the convenience of the family at Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
