Kathleen Ruth (Hoover) Redmore, 80, of Camillus, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2020 at Vestal Park Nursing Center in Vestal, NY. Born in Lebanon, PA, she lived most of her life in the Syracuse and Camillus areas. Kathleen graduated from Central High School and earned her associate degree from CCBI. She was employed with the State of New York, M&T Bank and Lord & Taylor. Kathleen was an active member of St. Luke's Episcopal Church and its Altar Guild. She enjoyed traveling, bowling, book clubs and was a competitive Bridge player. Above all, Kathleen loved spending time with family, especially her 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Kathleen was predeceased by her husband, Walter, in 2001.
Surviving are her daughter, Kristen (Ron) Bertram of Binghamton; sons, Ken (Sarah) of Fayetteville and Keith (Jennifer) of Binghamton; grandchildren, Benjamin (Aurora) and Bethany (Adam) Bertram and Rachel, Elizabeth, Luke, James, Mary, John, Mark, Ann and Peter Redmore; and great-grandchildren, Calliope and Daphne Bertram.
Relatives and friends may call Saturday, March 7 from 10 a.m. to noon at St. Luke's Episcopal Church, Camillus.
Services will follow at noon in the church. Kathleen will be laid to rest in Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
