Kathleen Laura (Casey) Fox

Kathleen Laura (Casey) Fox, 64, of Camillus, was called home by our Lord into eternal rest on Wednesday, November 27, 2019. She was a loving and devoted mother, wife, grandmother, sister and aunt. Born in Syracuse, Kathleen was a graduate of Bishop Ludden High School and was employed with Hartford Insurance Co. for over 25 years. A devout Catholic, she was a communicant of Holy Family Church. Kathleen enjoyed listening to Beethoven, taking road trips with her sisters and spending time with her family. Her wit and sense of humor will be missed.

Kathleen was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Marion Casey; and son, James Fox.

Surviving are her husband of 43 years, Joseph; son, Stephen (Misty) Fox of Oneida; daughters, Michelle Fox of Camillus and Carolyn Fox of Gresham, OR; sisters, Carolann Casey of Camillus, Mary (Sean) Ahern of Liverpool and Lynn Casey of Syracuse; brothers, James (Lynn) Casey of Dumfries, VA, Michael (Roxanne) Casey of Westvale, Robert (Ana) Casey of Humble, TX and Patrick (Kelly) Casey of Parker, CO; grandchildren, Maya and Malana; and many nieces, nephews and in-laws.

The family would like to thank WAVES Ambulance, Dr. Kristine Keeney and the staff of the emergency room and cancer center at University Hospital for their loving care given to Kathleen.

There will be no calling hours.

A funeral Mass will be Monday, December 2 at 12:30 p.m. in Holy Family Church. Kathleen will be laid to rest in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
