June Elizabeth Laws

June Elizabeth Kolb Laws passed away Monday, December 28, 2015 at Van Duyn Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing after a long battle with dementia.  The daughter of John Kolb and Mary Jones Kolb, she was a lifelong member of the East Syracuse Ladies Auxiliary, past member of the Eastern Star and attended the United Church of Christ, East Syracuse. June loved her grandchildren, playing cards with friends and dancing. June was predeceased by her husband, William Leslie R. Laws, in 1980; son, William Leslie Laws; grandson, Raymond S. Damon; brother Robert Kolb; and sister, Bernice Kolb Seelman. Surviving are her children, Joyce Laws (Ray) Damon of Morristown, TN, Beverly Laws (Larry) Reader of Tucson, AZ, and David John (Anne) Laws of Pensacola, FL; nine grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and sister, Judith Verette of East Syracuse.
