Joseph Gaffney Jr., 86, passed away Monday, March 9, 2020. He was born in Patterson and most recently lived in Watertown. Joseph was an Air Force veteran. He owned a tile business, restaurant and was a real estate broker. Joseph was a member of the Valley American Legion in Syracuse and enjoyed participating in chili cook-offs.
Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Joseph and Margaret.
Surviving are his former wife, Patricia of Camillus; sons, William (Marybeth) of Camillus, Michael of Kingsland, TX and Thomas of Spring Hill, FL; granddaughters, Mikanh, Connor Lynn, Morgan Kate and Angela; and great-granddaughter, Eva.
Services will be private at the Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery at a later date.
