Joseph Francis Fletcher, 64, of Syracuse, passed away Tuesday. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was a 1977 graduate of Christian Brothers Academy and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Le Moyne College in 1981. Joseph was employed with Pemco Group for over 20 years and was formerly at Richard C. Kenyon, CPA. A parishioner of the Church of St. Michael & St. Peter, he enjoyed golfing and loved spending time with his family.
Joseph is predeceased by his parents, Julia and Charles Fletcher; father-in-law, John M. LaManche; brother-in-law, John J. LaManche; and sister-in-law, Cynthia Fletcher.
Surviving are his wife, Mary Pat (LaManche) Fletcher; daughters, Lauren (Andrew) Parks of Newport, RI and Nicole Fletcher of Boston, MA; brothers, Mike, Jim (Michelle), Tom (Carol), Dan (Lisa), Chris (Lori); sister, Mary (Chris) Cook; mother-in-law, Mary Alice LaManche; special sisters-in-law, Teresa (Matt) Sullivan, Martha (Greg) Sniffen, Anne (Kevin) DeLand; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends may call Wednesday, July 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated Thursday, July 27 at 10 a.m. in the Church of St. Michael & St. Peter, 4781 W. Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Rochester Community Inclusive Rowing, 20 Black Creek Road, Rochester, NY 14623.
