Joseph A. Nappi, 70, formerly of Camillus, passed away Monday, April 17, 2017 at St. Joseph's Hospital. Born in Binghamton, he lived most of his life in Camillus before moving to Cicero.
Joseph was a graduate of West Genesee High School. He worked at American Optical and the Inn Between Restaurant. He loved music and was a band member of the Nitecaps.
Joseph was predeceased by his parents, Samuel and Bernice; and sister, Camille Nappi.
Surviving are his son, Joseph and his wife and their two children; and siblings, Deb (Bernie) Sadowski, Celeste (Hal) Ridler, Pam (Dan) Montrois, Richard (Connie) and David (Michele).
Relatives and friends may call Saturday, April 22 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus followed by a funeral Mass in St. Joseph's Church at noon. Joseph will be laid to rest in Assumption Cemetery.
