Joanna Quinn Sarnacki

Joanna Quinn Sarnacki, 94, of Baldwinsville, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2016 at McHarrie Life.  Born in Syracuse, she lived in Camillus for 16 years until moving to Baldwinsville in 1978.  Joanna retired in 1982 after 37 years with Carrier Corp.  She loved bowling, golf, word search books and a hot cup of coffee. The family of Joanna would like to thank the staff at McHarrie Life for their loving care and compassion. She was predeceased by her husband, John, in 2002; and siblings, Charlotte Kaleta, Kathryn Nichols, Mary Jane Aylesworth, John Quinn and Elizabeth "Betty" Kotyra. Surviving are her brothers-in-law, William Kaleta and Dan Kotyra, both of Camillus; and many nieces and nephews. Per Joanna's wishes, there will be no calling hours. Graveside services will be Tuesday, April 12 at 11 a.m. in Onondaga County Veterans Memorial Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest.
