Joan Hollington Butler

Joan Hollington Butler, 84, of Camillus, passed away Friday at St. Camillus Health and Rehabilitation Center. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, she attended Vocational High School. She was a member of CNY Street Rod Assoc. and loved spending time with her family. 

Joan was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Robert; parents, Louis and Elizabeth Hollington; and brother, Thurlow Hollington. 

Surviving are her daughters, Brenda (Joseph) Koch of Minnesota, and Suzanne Butler of Atlanta, GA; sons, John (Karie) and Patrick, both of Camillus; five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.  

Relatives and friends may call Thursday, February 23 from 10 a.m. to noon at the Buranich Funeral Home, 5431 W. Genesee St., Camillus. A funeral service will immediately follow in the funeral home. 

Joan will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
