Jeannette V. Riley

Jeannette V. Riley, 88, of Camillus, passed away Friday July 29, 2011 at Loretto. Born in Lorraine, NY on Tuesday, October 10, 1922, she was the daughter of Anna Kate Lanthier and Phillip Maresca. She lived in the Syracuse and Camillus areas and was a member of the Railroad Ladies Auxiliary Lodge #663. Jeannette was predeceased by her husband, Thomas William Riley, on June 28, 1992. Surviving are her daughters and son-in-law, Chere and Michael DeFio of Camillus and Jeannette “Jan” Riley of Liverpool; son and daughter-in-law, Thomas and Susan Riley of Niles; four grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. There will be no services. Arrangements are by the Buranich Funeral Home in Camillus. Contributions may be made in Jeannette’s name to the American Cancer Society, 6725 Lyons St., P.O.
