James “Jim” Montreal, 74, of Syracuse, passed away Monday, September 21, 2020 at Veterans Affairs Medical Center. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, he was employed with the Camillus Post Office and the Celebrity Den for over 20 years. Jim was a Marine Corps veteran. He enjoyed bowling and baseball.
Jim was predeceased by his parents, Louie and Matilda; sister, JoAnne Neufang; and brother, Louis Montreal
Surviving are his sons, James Jr. (Tina) of Lakeland and Jason (Trish) of North Syracuse; former wife, Judy Palumbo of Syracuse; sister, Mary Lou (Ed) Morse of Chittenango; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
There will be no services.
