Ivanna Kozak, 89, of Camillus, passed away Friday at home. Born and raised in Borshchovychi, Ukraine, she immigrated to the U.S. in 2005 and settled in Camillus. A member of the First Ukrainian Pentecostal Church, she enjoyed singing and cooking, especially pierogies.
Ivanna was predeceased by her parents, Muxinol and Anna Pidganok.
Surviving are her sons, Vladimir of Camillus and Nick of Minnesota; daughter, Galina Savitskiy of Florida; 14 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and sister, Galina Pavlish of Ukraine.
First service will be celebrated Friday, November 18 at 7 p.m. at the First Ukrainian Pentecostal Church, 3875 Warners Rd., Syracuse. Second service will be Saturday, November 19 at 10 a.m. at the church.
Ivanna will be laid to rest in Greenlawn Cemetery, Warners.
