It is with great sadness that Holly Kicak Ward, 41, passed away on Monday, September 24, 2018 at Crouse Hospital. A lifetime resident of the Syracuse area, Holly graduated from Bishop Ludden High School and Le Moyne College in 1999 where she met the love of her life, Christopher. They married in 2002 and settled in Westvale to raise their three girls.
Holly loved being a homemaker and her artistic ability led to owning her business, Chloe’s Clips. She designed hair bows for stores, boutiques and many of her friends. She loved baking with her girls and having lavish themed birthday parties for each child. Above all, Holly’s true passion was caring for her family.
Surviving are her husband of 17 years, Christopher; daughters, Chloe, Alexis and Ella; parents, Martha Sweeney Kicak and David (Sue Wuerthner) Kicak; brother, Aaron M. Kicak; beloved aunts, uncles and cousins; and in-laws, Michael (Joan) Ward and Brenda Ward.
Per the family’s request, there will be no calling hours.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, September 29 at 9 a.m. in Holy Family Church, 127 Chapel Dr., Syracuse. A private burial will follow in St. Mary’s Cemetery, DeWitt.
